WHO WE ARE

Our story in construction began in 2020, during a time when life looked a little different for everyone. With many jobs shut down during Covid, construction was one of the industries that kept moving because the work could be done outdoors. What started as an opportunity during an uncertain time quickly grew into something much more.

Over the years, construction became more than just a job. It became a trade, a passion, and eventually the foundation for Northern Peak Roofing & Construction.

Our family has been visiting Grand Marais and the Upper Peninsula for the last few years. Every time we came up, leaving was the hardest part. Eventually, we decided we didn’t want to keep saying goodbye to a place that felt like home.

So we took the leap, moved our family to Grand Marais, and started building a life- and a business- here. Northern Peak was created with the goal of serving the community we now call home while building something our family can be proud of.
